Lakeshore's summer camp program is filled with dynamic leadership, meaningful worships, lots of outdoor play and opportunities to build relationships that last throughout a lifetime.

Complete BOTH a registration and a medical form for each camper. These completed forms, with payment, can be mailed to Lakeshore camp; 1458 Pilot Knob Rd; Eva, TN 38333.

If you are paying by credit card, forms can be faxed to 731-584-2267.
