Meeting Spaces

All guest groups paying the minimum cost of 1 night stay and 3 meals are provided one meeting space. If multiple groups are on-site, Lakeshore will assign meeting space based on the size and needs of each group. All meetings spaces are also available for rent by day groups.

Conference Center Sun Room-upstairs

This room offers the beautiful backdrop of Kentucky Lake for your meeting. Air conditioned and heated, this meeting room will seat approximately 200. A sound system, screen, microphone, podium and video projector are all provided.

Adjacent to the sun room is a common-area room with ping pong, foosball and a pool table. Complimentary fair trade coffee and hot tea are available. In the winter months, there is a fireplace popular for gathering in rocking chairs. The front porch area has several rocking chairs for relaxing and talking.

Conference Center Sun Room-Downstairs

This smaller sunroom, will seat approximately 75. You can still see the lake from this meeting room, but the windows are not as large. This meeting room is located directly beside the prayer chapel and dining room and is accessed by stairs or an outdoor ramp.

Pilcher Memorial Tabernacle

Located a short walk from the main camp group, this air conditioned and heated building has a stage area with a pull down screen and sound system. It will seat approximately 200 people. There are several old church pews around the inside walls that can offer additional seating. Bathrooms are located beside the building.

Administration Building Meeting Space

A meeting room suited for groups of 40 or less, this room has a beautiful view of the garden labyrinth, Tennessee River, and nearby woods. There is a small kitchen area with a full sized refrigerator and stove. This meeting room is air conditioned or heated and has bathrooms.
