Heritage (Dorm style) Cabins

Lakeshore has 16 cabins that are air conditioned and heated, with dormitory style beds. The mattresses are twin sized. There are 14 sleeping spaces per cabin - most have a combination of either 5 bunk beds and 4 single beds or 4 bunk beds and 6 single beds.

Bathrooms are in each cabin and have one toilet, double sink and two showers.

Lakeshore is in the process of renovating all of our Heritage cabins. 6 have been finished, 3 still need the bathroom renovated which leaves 7 in need of complete updating. The renovations have been paid for by donations from individuals who wish to honor a loved one by naming the cabin in their honor. Kaigler Lodge

Kaigler Lakeside Lodge is a two-story facility with separate semi-private sleeping accommodations (2 bedrooms with two queen-size beds and a bath) on each floor. A living and kitchen area separate the two bedrooms. Kitchen area is stocked with basic cooking supplies. Coffee is provided in this lodge. Each living room has a TV with a DVD player. WiFi is available in this lodge. Linens are provided with rental of this building.




Shanklin Cottage

Shanklin Cottage is a two bedroom facility, each bedroom containing two queen size beds and an attached bath. Linens are provided with this cabin. A dorm size refrigerator, microwave, tv and dvd player and coffee pot is available in the living room. Coffee is provided in this cabin. WiFi is available in this cottage.




Calhoun and Hopper Lodges

These two story buildings will house 48 people comfortably. On each level there are 2 bunk rooms. They have 5 twin size bunk beds. The bathroom and shower area is located off each one of the bunk rooms. On each floor there are two semi private rooms. They have 2 twin size beds in each one of them. There are bathroom/shower facilities off each bedroom. The lower level has a large living room. The upper level has a large meeting area with plenty of tables and chairs. On each level is a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave and refrigerator.



Hope Lodge

This air conditioned and heated lodge has a central room and two bunk rooms on each side. Each bunk room has 11 twin size beds which consist of 4 bunks beds and 3 single beds. There is a bathroom in each bunkroom with two toilets, two sinks, and two showers. The central room contains a living space and a dining table. A full kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator is for use by guests not taking meals in the conference center.

There is another smaller living room with two bunkrooms on each side located down the hall from the central room. These two bunkrooms each contain one bunk bed and a bath in each room.



Oxley Cabin

The Oxley Cabin is currently being renovated. When finished, it will offer a nice getaway for small groups in a scenic setting, complete with kitchen, common space, bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms.
