Some of our most magnificent campers show up at DD Camp each year. Developmentally Disabled campers spend 4 nights and 5 days in an incredible atmosphere of Christian Love and Nurture. They experience all the fun of Lakeshore camping, such as swimming, crafts and pontoon boat rides. One highlight of the week is a dance on Thursday night where we always have some surprise guests all dressed up in the craziest, zaniest costumes.

Be able to participate in all activities and sessions. Be physically able to handle outdoor activity. Be physically able to feed themselves and take care of hygiene and toileting needs. Have sleep habits which allow for many in one room to be able to rest. EXCEPTIONS ONLY WITH APPROVAL Capacity is extremely limited. Eligible campers are accepted on a first come basis. |
